Operating Policy

Strategic Aviation Solutions only works on retainers from its clients and does not receive or expect commissions from external parties.

SAS only works on the basis of a project fee plus travel and accommodation expenses, or on a monthly, weekly or daily rate plus expenses. Many of our clients include a success fee in the assignment.

SAS is not linked to any aircraft manufacturers, financial institutions or related suppliers, and as such is able to offer impartial advice.

SAS only retain people with a proven record of achievement in the industry whose experience matches the actual assignment and have worked alongside the principal consultant. We don't use generalists or graduates fresh from university with no proven background in the airline/aviation industry. All consultants are mature and are able to gain necessary visas where required..

We don't accept payments from third parties to ensure that all advice and negotiations are without compromise.

SAS is unique in that it is prepared to be retained to implement business plan and turn around plans and doesn’t produce plans that SAS isn’t prepared to implement on behalf of the client and in addition mentor the clients existing or recruited staff.
