SAS can assist with or undertake every stage in the creation of a new aviation company or take an integral role in assessing and turning around existing aviation activities or co-ordinating close down and asset disposal.

SAS will carry out the full assessment from concept evaluation through to a full turnkey solution with SAS uniquely able to provide launch or turn-around management.

This can include the concept qualification; production of concept documents; the initial business plan; shareholder briefing; briefing of manufacturers and lessors, financiers and regulators; production of the full business plan; assistance with fund raising and the supervision through to the launch and beyond.

SAS will carry out traffic analysis; revenue and route analysis; equipment recommendation and - if required - sourcing and purchase/lease negotiations; lease negotiations and recommendations; hull and liability insurance recommendation and - if required - negotiation; engineering (heavy and line) plus spares and rotatable support recommendation and negotiation.

In addition we will assist in the selection and negotiation of ground handling; fuel purchasing and sourcing; IT system selection; reservation and distribution selection and implementation.

SAS will supervise the out-sourcing of entire functions for start-ups and existing carriers.

SAS will recommend and assist in the recruitment of staff at all levels.

SAS will supervise the production of all necessary manuals from Flight to Cabin to Ground.

SAS will assist investors in evaluation purchases of airlines or related companies. SAS will assess under-performing airlines and make recommendations to shareholders and/or investors.

SAS will supervise turnaround programmes on poor performing aviation activities.
